Dr Paolo Spada and Dr Matt Ryan were invited by the City of Seoul to speak to the televised international Seoul Forum on Citizen Participation focusing on Participatory Budgeting Systems and Innovative Democracy. Paolo spoke about multichannel democratic innovations and Matt spoke about collective empowerment and popular control.
